At Chubby Unicorn Cantina, we’re all about tasty bites, beachy vibes, and not taking ourselves too seriously (except when it comes to tacos—that’s serious business). Nestled in the heart of Denver’s RiNo Art District, right across from Mission Ballroom, our colorful little spot runs on tacos, tequila, and the untamed spirit of a RiNo—okay fine, a “Chubby Unicorn” who knows how to have a good time.
